About Us

We are located in Snohomish Washington and nestled at the foot hills of the Cascade Mountains. Our town is pretty as a picture and located about 30 minutes to the east of Seattle. We are having a great time with our donkeys and enjoy sharing them with others. We are a family with old fashioned values, a love of life, a desire to please the lord, and not enough spare time. We love to spend time with our family and never miss a chance to hang with our friends. Raising our miniature donkeys is the start of something wonderful for us. Who would have known this is where our life would lead. We sure didn’t. We love to show off our little blessings so visitors are always welcome. Just give us a call.

How Long Have We Been Raising

Miniature Donkeys?

We started our little herd the summer of 2006. We have putting every effort into buying quality animals with great attributes in regards to conformation, genetics, health, temperament, size and color. We have brought in stock from various farms around the US that we feel offer the quality that we wanted in our Jennets . We feel the Jacks we select to be a part of our breeding program will be the foundation of our herd and we have found some wonderful Jacks that will give us the quality foals we are wanting.

About Our Miniature Donkeys

All our donkeys get loved on daily. The young ones are handled all over their bodies daily with brushing, hoof checks, hugs, and a lot of great back rubs. All our donkeys are very affectionate and just love people. Each one has their own individual personality and Hee Haa of course. They are all on regular vaccination and de worming schedules. Our donkey’s get regular hoof care and they see a Ferrier on a routine basis every other month. That way we can make sure that their hoofs stay healthy and look healthy too. We strive to keep our donkeys at just the right weight to avoid any strain on their tendons and bones. We have some of the finest bloodlines around and are adding new blood continuously to perfect our breeding program.

Our Future Plans

We don’t want to get so many donkeys that it stops being fun for us. Our main goal is to have our breeding stock be exceptional with wonderful pedigrees. We want to produce foals that will mature to around 30” to 32”. We are going to concentrate on trying to produce blacks, and sorrels but be grateful for all healthy foals. We have recently decided to add some spotted into our program as well. It should be quite the choice of color around here. We plan to sell our foals to good homes only that have at least one other donkey. We have stared showing a little bit and doing pretty well. We look forward to what ever the future holds for us with our precious donkeys. We have recently moved and have more room for our donkeys. The work has just begun with all the fences and barns that need to be built.

Our Promise To Our Self And To Others

We will never have more donkeys than we can spend time loving on individually each day. We will always see to the medical and health needs of our animals. We will never let greed or pride become the back bone of our breeding program. We will always deal honestly and represent our donkeys to the public honestly.We will always turn to God in time of need for direction. We will never sell an animal to a potentially bad or lonely home. Our animals will never be unprotected from the elements or predators. Our animals will never be left to suffer if they are in pain or have sever illness. If we ever stop loving what we do we will stop.
